In order to continue providing value to our membership that's accessible during lockdown, we have created a series of Digital Webinars starting in 2021.
Taking place on March 31st at 4pm is the second in a series of episodes titled, "An Audience with..." and this month brings Immediate Past President of the ADJ, DJ Kemp to the discussion.
Michael will cover 4 areas with District Judge Kemp which are;
1. How the District Judges have dealt with COVID-19 and the impact on them.
2. Listing practices in light of COVID-19.
3. Administering justice remotely and the future for socially distanced hearings.
4. What practitioners could do to improve adverse outcomes and assist the judiciary in a COVID-19 environment.
As a member, you are invited to record your questions in landscape format on your phone and send them in to play back in the Webinar. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get your questions and concerns voiced to this District Judge. If you're not a member, you can join the CCUA for access to these webinars as well as quarterly regional meetings, and share your views on consultations issued by the Government.
Register your attendance today by providing your details below to receive updates and access to the event. If you are a member of the CCUA, remember to ask your colleagues from within your company to register separately.
Registration will close at 9am on Tuesday March 30th.
