If you have come here looking for debt advice please note that The CCUA cannot offer individual debt advice.
The Civil Court Users Association is primarily a membership organisation that exists to lobby and liaise with H.M. Courts Service and their corporate users. The members are usually companies who litigate for the recovery of debt.
We cannot give debt advice to consumers, debtors etc. Our staff do not have legal advice training and this would be outside of the remit and purpose of the Association.
This Government web site offers free debt advice for members of the public. Access the web site by clicking the logo on the left or read the page regarding debt advice by following this link ‘government debt advice’.
Debt advice can be obtained from your local Citizens Advice Bureaux, free of charge, you can visit their web site at http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/ (Link will open new window).
