We keep in close communication with our members and we are absolutely committed to ensuring their voice is heard by the right people.
One of the ways we achieve this is through our highly popular regional meetings, which are arranged in the North, Central, Greater London & South East and South West regions of England & Wales, usually on a quarterly basis.
There is always a great turnout to these meetings and many of our members talk about the significant value they get from them.
Just some of the benefits of attending our regional meetings include:
- Networking opportunities
- Being kept up-to-date on forthcoming adjustments to court procedures
- Opportunity to influence changes in HMCTS' processes
- Feedback any issues or concerns to HMCTS (senior local officers are normally in attendance at all such meetings)
- Hear from industry-leading guest speakers on topical subjects of the day
The CCUA acts as a focal point for communication between our members, the Ministry of Justice and HM Courts & Tribunals Service. Our meetings are frequently attended by senior local officers from HMCTS, so our members have the opportunity to discuss any concerns directly with people who can and do resolve them.
